Kaitlyn Ayerle obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from University of Maryland College Park where she majored in Kinesiology. She received her Master’s degree in Health Science from Anne Arundel Community College/University of Maryland Baltimore Physician Assistant Program where she graduated as class president with academic honors.
Prior to obtaining her physician assistant certification, Kaitlyn completed over 5000 hours as a surgical assistant at Annapolis Dermatology Associates. She has extensive experience assisting in Mohs and dermatological surgery as well as general dermatology. In addition to dermatology, Kaitlyn practices locally as an emergency room physician assistant.
Kaitlyn is licensed by the State of Maryland and nationally certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Professional memberships include The American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), the Maryland Academy of Physician Assistants (MAPA) and Pi Alpha National Honor Society.
