Dr. Dana Baigrie is a board-certified dermatologist at Atlantic Dermatology, PA, with a focus in medical dermatology, Mohs micrographic surgery, and cosmetic dermatology, treating both adult and pediatric patients.

Dr. Baigrie completed her undergraduate degree at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, graduating magna cum laude with honors. She then completed a one-year fellowship as a Dermatology Academic & Research Practice Scholar at Dermatology Associates of Tallahassee, Florida where she gained hands-on exposure to Mohs Micrographic Surgery and general dermatology. She is an honors graduate of Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Her postdoctoral training includes Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine Department of Dermatology, where she served as chief resident her final year of training.

Dr. Baigrie serves as clinical assistant professor at Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine and is part of the teaching staff in the Department of Dermatology. She has authored many peer-reviewed articles and presented at several regional and national dermatologic conferences. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Mohs Surgery, American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, Women’s Dermatologic Society, and North Carolina Dermatology Association.

Dr. Baigrie is very passionate about continuity of care and treating her patients as if they were family. She seeks to educate patients and formulate solutions to help them achieve their best skin health and overall well-being. Her artistic background is a strong asset to her gentle and meticulous approach to cosmetic treatments and surgical reconstructions. Dr. Baigrie’s interests in dermatology includes diagnosis and surgical removal of skin cancers, Mohs micrographic surgery, psoriasis, acne, rashes, eczema, pediatric dermatology, and cosmetic procedures such as neuromodulators, fillers, and lasers.

Outside of work, she enjoys practicing pilates, acrylic painting, traveling, and live music. She is originally from Tampa, Florida but completed her residency training in Wilmington, NC and is excited to join the incredible team at Atlantic Dermatology!
